Google may have abandoned its efforts to create exclusive games for its Stadia streaming service through internal development studios, but the company still has plenty of games headed to its platform from third-party developers.
Next week will see the first of ten new games headed to Stadia, starting with The Darkside Detective: A Fumble in the Dark by Akupara Games on April 15, and then a month later players can experience the joy of running their own wine-making business in Hundred Days.
These aren’t the only games coming to Stadia, as Google previously announced that 100 other games would be released on its platform, including Judgment, Killer Queen Black, Street Power Football, and Hellpoint. Most of the games have unspecified release dates, but you can see what’s on the horizon in the breakdown below.
The Darkside Detective: A Fumble in the Dark – April 15
Developed by Akupara Games, players will help a duo of investigators crack supernatural cases and puzzles in a serial adventure split across multiple cases.
Hundred Days – Winemaking Simulator – May 13
If you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to run a winery, Hundred Days from Broken Arms Games will give you the chance to do so as you start a new business from inside a small and abandoned winery.
Foreclosed – Summer
Described as a narrative-driven action-adventure game set in a cyberpunk world from developer Merge Games, Foreclosed tells the story of Evan Kapnos in a comic book-style adventure.
Figment 2: Creed Valley – Fall
Bedtime Digital Games’ sequel is an action-adventure game set in a human mind that is populated with nightmares, puzzles, and boss fights.
An action-adventure RPG in which you’ll have to use living weapons that mutate form and function, Akupara Games’ new title also has an unforgiving challenge in store for players.
She Dreams Elsewhere
Another adventure RPG but with a more surreal design, players will experience the anxiety-ridden fears of a comatose woman named Thalia as she embarks on a journey to confront her nightmares in this game from Studio Zevere.
What would it actually be like to run a medieval store that caters to adventurers? That’s the question that developer Big Village Games wants to answer with its chaotic crafting game about running a shop.
Furyion Games delvers a fast-paced top-down multiplayer shooter where contestants must battle against hordes of monsters and machines for fame and fortune on live TV.
Jay and Silent Bob: Chronic Blunt Punch
Kevin Smith’s stoner duo hits Stadia in this project from MIX Games–that was announced five years ago–which plays like a classic tag-team beat-em-up.
Build your kingdom, choose your class, and tame monsters in this multiplayer city-building RPG from developer Paratope.
